Challenge: For this assignment we had to build a tower out of 25 pieces of spagetti that would be able to support an egg for at least 30 seconds. 

 

 

Brain Storm: Before building we sketched a tower that had 4 main supports and extra triangle supports going up the sides. At the top, there would be a lattice surface that would actually hold the egg. (Pictured to the right)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Design: For our final design we drew another sketch of the same idea. (Pictured to the right)

Presentation: To the right is a video of our  group testing 

the egg tower. The tower weighed 25 grams and was 12 

inches tall. Our tower held the egg for over 30 seconds!
